To join Toastmasters you need to join a local club. The club will then add you to the Toastmasters International database and submit your dues for you. You can join several clubs and be a member of each. But you will be requred to pay the full six monthly subscription for each club you belong to. The joining fee you pay only once, no matter how many clubs you join.
